Some of the scampage has a backdoor in which the coder could get the same results as you do, the coder won’t be doing that for good but for there own interest.

How to check and remove backdoors

Extract the file (Scampage) and open every .php file with NOTE++, check if it has any email address then clear the email before you host the page and send your mails...., sometimes they got the backdoor on telegrambot so just watch the codes carefully.
